District Process Lab for Block Master Trainers under Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan Successfully Concludes in Lunglei
The three-day District Process Lab training for Block Master Trainers (BMTs) of Lunglei District, organised under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs’ “Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan”, concluded successfully today at the Circuit House Conference Hall, Lunglei.The valedictory session was graced by Lunglei Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar) Pi TT Beikhaizi, who commended the effective conduct of the training and expressed satisfaction at its successful completion. She encouraged the BMTs to utilise the knowledge gained to drive development in their respective blocks and presented certificates to the participants.
The closing programme was chaired by Lunglei District Social Welfare Officer & District Master Trainer (DMT) Pu CL Joseph, during which the rainees also shared their experiences and feedback.A total of 17 Block Master Trainers from Lunglei, Lungsen and Bunghmun RD Blocks—covering 48 villages—took part in the training, which was facilitated by a team of seven District Master Trainers. Over the course of three days, the BMTs were trained on key aspects of the “Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan”, including their crucial role in grassroots mobilisation and responsive governance.
The trained BMTs will now return to their respective blocks, where they will organise Block-Level Orientations and Village-Level Workshops, assist in preparing Village Action Plans, and oversee the establishment of Village Seva Centres to strengthen service delivery and participatory planning at the village level.
